Closing the back door” is an expression which refers to insuring that people are not leaving your church as quickly as they are coming in. Obviously, “closing the back door” is essential in both church growth and church health. This course will look at pastoral care, explore the heart behind proper pastoral care, as well as the different methodologies and strategies for effective pastoral care.
